No doubt, Pangloss Outplacement wants to be that haven of peace, required to make the best decisions for the future. We mainly concentrate on the candidate. The basis of this is confidence and confidentiality. In our profession we could distinguish two clients: the (ex-)company and the candidate. In our approach once the outplacement is started, we only concentrate on the candidate.

Our coaches adapt to your rhythm. Immediately applying for jobs is not always the most effective, reflecting may take some time. Whatever the chosen route, Pangloss Outplacement will support and guide you in this.
