After a prolonged absence due to medical reasons or burnout, returning to work can be complex. The company has had to adapt during this time, and the employee themselves may have changed. Our reintegration coaching aims to facilitate this process for both the employee and the company. We work internally to anticipate necessary adjustments and assist the employee in finding their place again, while also strengthening social support.
