Sometimes, as an employer, you provide a training budget upon dismissal. The terminated employee then needs to find the appropriate training based on their knowledge and preferences. This is where we step in. We offer guidance to your employee in this search. Not only do we have expertise in training offerings, but we also provide two individual sessions with a behavioral assessment for the individual.

 

Based on this assessment and in consultation with the employee's preferences, we determine whether the desired training is the best choice for their professional future.
